If your account is closed, personal data will be deleted, securely destroyed or anonymised from the databases in accordance with the timelines stated below, unless such data is required to be retained for legal or regulatory purposes or certain legitimate business purposes, including for data analysis, accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention. This follows that:

  • Data related to each profile will be stored for a reasonable time.
  • If the Pyranex website has not been used by you for 3 years, we will notify you and ask you to confirm whether your account is still active. If we receive no reply, we will have the right to close the account and personal data will consequently be deleted, securely destroyed or anonymized unless such data is required to be stored for certain legitimate business purposes including but not limited to data analysis, accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.
  • In the event that there are suspicions of an administrative or criminal offence, fraud or false information having been provided, the data will be stored for a longer period for the purpose of verifying such suspicions and providing data to regulators or other personnel having the responsibility of investigation of such suspicions.
  • In the event of disputes or investigations, data will be retained until the claim or investigation is satisfied/resolved or the expiry date of such claims.

Please note that the deletion of your profile by you from the website does not cause the automatic deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data.
